Swiss Boiler-Maker Fizz 


Ingredients

Buffalo Trace Bourbon (30ml)
Creme de cacao Blanc (10ml)
Egg white (1)
Sugar (10ml)
1936 Bière bottom and top


Method

Combine all but beer In a shaker
Dry shake and Shake until diluted and chilled
Pour a splash of 1936 into a cold glass
Pour cocktail
Add ice and top slowly with 1936
Grate Nutmeg and Chocolate on top


Garnish

Grate of chilli chocolate
Grate of nutmeg

1936 Bière (1 Bottle)


Method

Sip and enjoy

Ingredients

Chambord (25ml)
Cider Reduction (15ml)
Lemon (15ml)
Grapefruit bitters (3 Dashes)
1936 Biere top


Method

Shake all but beer
Double strain
Top with beer
No Ice


Garnish

Grapefruit Wedge

Ingredients

Briotett Coquelicot Poppy Liqueur (10ml)
Amer Picon (10ml)
1936 Biere top 


Method

Build spirits in glass
Top with beer
Serve

Ingredients

Brokers Gin (25ml)
Creme D’Apricot (15ml)
Lemon (20ml)
Sugar (20ml)
1936 Biere top 


Method

Combine all but beer In a shaker
Shake until diluted and chilled
Double strain into glass
Top with beer
